How a pilot works

Disciplined, hands-on, and designed to produce evidence you can take to your stakeholders.

01Scope the question: We agree on success criteria up front: the sectors, the policies, and what a successful pilot has to demonstrate.
02Deploy to a slice of the fleet: Sentinels enroll through your endpoint management. The admin server runs on infrastructure you control.
03Operate against real policy: Your rules, enforced at execution. Watch allow, redact, and block decisions land on real traffic, with the chain building underneath.
04Review the evidence: We walk through the record together: tool-call analytics, chain verification, and a compliance report your auditors can read.
