Subprocessors

Who is involved in operating Verillian

The platform runs entirely on your infrastructure, and the content it handles is encrypted with a key only you hold. Verillian never receives, stores, or processes your prompts, model responses, tool calls, or audit logs. The providers below support our own corporate operations. None of them has access to your deployment, your key, or your evidence.

What Verillian holds

Business-contact and billing information only. The subprocessors below support our company, not your deployment.

Google Workspace
Company email and internal collaboration. May process business-contact information sent to or from Verillian.
Cloudflare
Hosting, DNS, and delivery for the verillian.ai marketing site. Processes standard website-usage data such as IP address and browser or device information.
GitHub (atlas-interrex)
Source-code hosting for the platform codebase. Holds no customer deployment data.
Twenty CRM (self-hosted)
Our customer-relationship system, the only place that holds sales-contact details such as names, work emails, company, and role. Self-hosted on Verillian-controlled infrastructure.

Why the list is short

Because your deployment data never leaves your environment, no subprocessor is involved in processing it. The current list is kept up to date here, and is also available directly for your security review.

We will provide it directly, mapped to your DPA, for your security and procurement teams.
