Report a security issue
We take security reports seriously and respond quickly. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Verillian, please tell us before disclosing it publicly.
How to report
Email security@verillian.ai. If the details are sensitive, ask us for an encryption key first. We acknowledge reports promptly and keep you informed through resolution.
- What to include
- A clear description, the steps to reproduce, affected versions or endpoints, and any proof of concept. The more we can reproduce, the faster we resolve.
- What we ask
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure. Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data that is not yours.
- What you can expect
- Acknowledgment, an assessment, a remediation timeline, and credit where you would like it. We do not pursue good-faith researchers.
